This is just to let you know about a session on Monday nights at Greyfriars in Edinburgh. It's next to the statue of the infamous dog.
this session was formally at the White Hart. We play a mixture of Scottish and Cape Breton with some Irish as well. Singers are as welcome as tuneists.
The session is led by myself and Marieke and is open to all.
I understand from comments on the Footstompin forum that this session is moving to the Tass (High Street), but will still be on a Monday night. Maybe Andrew or Marieke can pop in to confirm this?

Greyfriars Bobby used to have sessions in the old days. There was a great one in the eighties with Adam Jack, Ron Shaw and co. Hope it goes well.
What happened to The White Hart?

Nothing serious John J.
The time had come for a change. However you are right that this session was in the White Hart. Maybe we will see you there soon?

New venue
Hi all,
yes; we have indeed moved to The Tass in the High Street. Every Monday 8.30 - 11.30. All musicians and/or singers welcome. See you there some time?
Cheers!
