I started this session about six years ago, & at first it was a mixed affair with half & half, tunes & ballads. I'm no longer involved, & these days it is really a ballad session, with a few tunes thrown in. It can be a bit noisy, & the musicians recently introduced amplification?? However, if a rowdy singalong is your preference, then this session will be right up your street. Your sure of a warm welcome, & all singers are encouraged to join in.
I must point out that the Carrick a Rede actually has three sessions, all year round, each week, on Tuesdays, Fridays & Sundays, all starting around 9.30pm. I would have included that info. on the Carrick a Rede file itself, but couldn't work out how to record multiple days!! duh!
Thanks Brad, it's actually an iMac I drive, & I discovered that if I hold down the Apple button I can record Multiples, same idea. I'm fairly new to these computer yolks, & it's hard to teech an old dog new tricks, but I'm getting there! Ta.
