Been here last Thursday, and it was a pleasant surprise. A large group of young musicians (five fiddlers, one banjo, flute, guitar), who were very good. Ended in a hot jazz session (Django Reinhardt!)!

My god, that brings back memories seeing this name again. I spent a Summer in Cork & have some super memories of sessions in The Phoenix. Keep her lit boys!!

The Irish Traditional Music Session has been replaced by Blues and it is no longer called The Pheonix Bar.
