Sadly after one year the "Ambassadors of Irish hospitality" stopped the traditional Irish music sessions on Sundays in favour of sports on their 7 huge plasma tellys strung up through the pub. the musicians moved to a more welcoming venue where real Irish music is cherished. 2-5pm McKibbin's Irish pub ,1425 Bishop. You can hear a deformed version of "Celtic" music at the Embassy, churned out nightly by local pub bands....... Ah good old "Farewell to Nova Scotia" for the umpteenth time!
