Can anyone tell me what happened to Seamus MacConnaonaigh, the flute player
and also his band mate Damien Quinn, and also the guitar player Padraig O Broin?
They had an album out a while ago called:
Bothar Gan Briseadh / Down the Line
Calua (name of band)
Ceol Calua
CALCD 001
they had a critique in Irish Music Magazine Sept. 1997 CD reviews. I caught a great MP3 of them playing and loved the tune:
O Bheal Easa Go Beal Atha and also the tune: Hopkins de Buenos Aires (it may have been on Brendon White's Bodhran Website: http://www.bodhran.nl/site/index/insound)
Damien Quinn performed with Donal Lunny as well around the same time??

"Calua"
You could ask Padraig himself.

Damien Quinn did play with Donal Lunny's band, but I would have thought that about 10 years before "Calua".
