Duncan Chisholm accompanied with the likes of Phil Cunningham, Ivan Drever, Andy Thorburn, Stuart Eaglesham and Graham Willoughby. A favourite CD. Listen to the slow airs, (is this the same fiddler who leads Wolfstone!), "Moonlight on Loch Ness" by Duncan Chisholm's mentor, the late Donald R Riddell is particularly beautiful. If you like something more modern, how about Ivan Drever's "Marnie Swanson of the Grey Coast"?

It was Andy Thorburn who wrote "Marnie Swanston of the Grey Coast" which is also on Blazin' Fiddles album "Fire on" which Duncan was a member of.

You're right - sorry for the mistake (and apologies to Andy). As you mention, Andy and Duncan also take the lead on the same track on the Blazin' Fiddles CD. With the reactivation of Wolfstone, together with his other commitments, Duncan finds it increasingly difficult to stay full time with them for tours/gigs. If you like Redpoint, try Duncan's 'Door of the Saints'. Not on commission - honest.
