Brendan Begley's influence is huge in this album. It is totally different from Paul McGrattan and Paul O'Shaughnessy's "Within a Mile of Dublin," which is full of Donegal taste. But it does not mean I don't like this recording.
I haven't got it, but the second album of this band is also available now.
Interesting to compare "The Templeglentaun" reel on this recording with "Teampall an Gleantainn" from Mick O'Brien's and Caoimhin O Raghallaigh's "Kitty Lie Over" CD.
