The very firts solo recording of Liam O'Flynn was published as a vinyl LP I think arounf 1990. Most of the tunes Liam plays on its own or just with another musician. Not like the newer recordings where there are either orchestra or big bands with arrangements not everybody likes.
It's a shame this LP is not availible as a CD, the reason might be there is no label behind, Liam produced on its own.

A great album, and one that my wife can enjoy from start to finish... I can't say that for every piper...
