The Wheels of the World albums are under the label name Yazoo, date 1997. Eash has a historic old photograph of musicians for the cover. I found it in the inventory of http://www.irishinmontana.com initially searching for any Michael Coleman recordings on that site. I don't actually own the cd's... they are on my "wish list".
There are also two cds titled Farewell to Ireland at irishinmontana.com, the various artists boxed set, that you refer to, and a cd by the Dalriada Brothers.
Query
Alice ...
What label is this on?
There seems to be a great deal of overlap with Topic/Proper's 4-CD set "Farewell To Ireland" which was compiled by the estimable Ron Kavana.

Proper's cd and Yazoo cds
Note Ron Kavana's compilation is dated 1999, The Wheels of the World compilations dated 1997.

Track 21
The opening tune in track 21, "St. Patrick's Night", sure sounds like "The Primrose Lasses" to me.
The next tune in track 21, "The Crusheen", sure sounds like "Red-Haired Lass".
