This was apparently a cassette tape release in 1986, but it is currently available on iTunes (US at least). Each track is played through once slow, and then at regular speed. There is no music available, so the student has to learn them 'old school,' and it's fairly effective -- the first couple of tunes are dead simple and easy for a relative beginner to get down -- and they're nice enough so that you feel you got something.

Wow. Nice to see this available again. I recently converted my copy of Martin's Humours of Glin to mp3 from cassette....
