The Next Turn - a fantastic album ....crank it up Trouble In the Kitchen!!!

Just got the newest album from Trouble in the Kitchen and like their other albums it is bloody fantastic!!!
The selection of tunes range from driving reels to beautiful waltzs and marches. Kate's Sarah Island really shows just how fantastic a singer she is, beautiful! Ado's songs bring back to home the what ITM and folk music should be about, working class, social comments that mean something, bloody top stuff!
Also the tunes written by the band members I believe show not only that they understand the tradition but you would be lead to believe that the tunes have been around for decades!
All in all a fantastic album that will be pride of place in my collection for years to come, keep it up Trouble!!!!

Hey Tom
Our band needs a new publicist too. Want a job?

Well done to the Troubles though. A slick outfit. They're planning a trip to the northern climes mid-year. Try and catch them while they are there.

Congratulations

Well done, SirNose. After hearing you at "The Nash", me and the wife bought 4 copies of your CD. 2 are with family in Australia, 1 is bound for Denmark, and I'll try to get you some coverage on Radio Scotland's "Travelling Folk" with the other.
Keep up the good work, and we hope to come to Melbourne on the next trip. A well-deserved award.
