Gilles Apap is a french violinist living in santa Barbara. He's from the south of France close to where I'm living and I went to see him in concert in a small village in the hills close to Nice a month ago where I bought this album. He's a classical violinist who travels all over, picking up new styles (e.g. Irish trad). He gave the french audience a good speel about Feakle and the Irish trad scene and played them these tunes I submitted from his album "Music for Solo Violin". He's the best classical, trad, indian, african, asian, all-rounder violinist I ever saw. I'm trying to find the accurate names for what he calls Tommy Peoples No.2 and Julia Delaney (the search produces about 70 possibilities). Does anyone have this album and if so can you identify these tunes? If you have iTunes I could email them to you.....any help received with a "merci". Matty in france
