I was playing with John Walsh in Clifton, Co. Galway 3 weeks ago and got a CD off him. He said he didn't put much time into it and only made it for the tourists should they be looking for a CD. But his playing is very tasty (similar to Joe Burke) and this "quickly-made" CD is an example of box playing worth having. The tunes are nice too.
By the way, he told me that he made the recordings 20 years ago.
