This is a wonderful album! I found it by accident browsing in a music store, and it just looked interesting. Very appealing tunes, very tastefully played.
Gerry Robichaud also played in a group called The Maine French Fiddlers, which had a ceili band sound. Their album, which includes some Irish tunes is still available from Thirty Below :
