Shame about the title, because this is a compilation of 2 very fine recordings, “The Jeannie C” by “Oisin” and “Wind Of Change” by Anne Conroy and Geraldine McGowan, which included most, if not all, of “Oisin” in supporting roles. This compilation was put together by the “Ossian” publishing company in Cork, who also re-released other “Oisin” recordings on CD.

"Oisin", actually...
"Wind Of Change" is in fact an "Oisin" band recording - I hadn't noticed because it has the 2 ladies only on the front CD cover.
