The best of Carlos Núñez's

I love Carlos Núñez's music, but i think that if i had to go to an island with only an album of his, i'd choose this one...
I think this is one of the best galician folk music album round the world... you can hear galician roots mixed with irish airs, reels and jigs... and even mixed with arabian airs...
LOVELY

Track 8 = Raggle Taggle Gypsy/The Clumsy Lover/The Heathery Breeze aka La Gigue À Ti-Mé

Raggle Taggle Gypsy is followed by two reels which are both played one tone lower than usual:
The Clumsy Lover (see http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/16)
The Heathery Breeze (see http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/411) . Though its not in the usual Gmaj setting, Keenan and Nunez's version of this reel is really like it's played in Quebec under the name of "La Gigue À Ti-Mé".
Paddy Keenan uses a flat set (chanter in the key of C).
