I can't believe this isn't already here. Tommy Basker, finding words is hard, and yes, I admist bias, a lovely man and we loved him. But he was also a joyous player of the mouth organ, the harmonica, and a fine dancer too. Thanks to the efforts of his friends, especially Paul Cranford, we have this lovely recording of his playing. Paul also arranged a tour with Tommy that brought him to these isles where he had a great time sharing music with the folks over here. He is missed, especially by all of us who were touched with his humour and charm. But his music lives on in this recording and as well on other recordings Paul Cranford has put time and heart into, including ~
