This is Gerry O'Connor's very recently released 4th studio album. I haven't listened to it enough yet to comment properly on it, but it sounds more along the lines of his previous album "No Place Like Home" rather than the way-out earlier stuff. It includes two songs by Kevin Doherty, guitar accompaniment by Tony Byrne and guest musicians, Sharon Shannon and Mick Kinsella.
I love everything Gerry does, he always makes me smile - can't wait to get this album.
Does anyone know anything about this tune on track 11? The only web hits I can find refer back to this recording, or to this video I stumbled on where I first heard this set.
