They're a now defunct band with a mixture of UK and Hungarian players. In it's later form it added Luke Daniels to the mix. Piper is Alan Burton - lives in Bath, and wrote the title tune. It's actually Mad Skeletons of St Pancras (which I think I've already submitted), but didn't score a link on the album tune list.

First tune on track one.
I think the first tune on track one is Bulgarian Red, not Simon Bradley's.
