With the exception of the last 2 tracks, 'Covering Ground' was recorded at a live concert held over two nights in Cork in 2003. The sound quality is amazing -- if it weren't for the applause at the end, you'd never know it was live.
The songs include self-penned numbers and covers of Janis Ian and Shawn Colvin. The tunes are a combination of Breton traditionals and originals penned by Dairmaid Moynihan, Deirdre Moynihan, Javier Tejedor, and Nollaig Casey.
