I'm one of those lads of questionable integrity who regularly "thumps the goat" in an effort to provide a reliably steady rhythm for the other players in the session(s) of which I have become a part.
I sing songs with Irish, Scottish, English, Cymric and other influences, when I find the right opportunity and can manage to recall most of the words (although it doesn't always stop me when I don't.
Adding to my questionable reputation or caliber/calibre is the fact that I'm also a tenor drummer with the local pipe and drum band. Which endears me to people throughout the land on a semi-regular basis, I can assure you. ;o)
