Hi. I'm a dedicated guitarist working and playing mostly in the traditional celtic arena, with branches reaching into french and original contemporary music. My time in sessions has been limited lately because of my rural location and other commitments, but in the past I've learned a huge amount from fiddle players, especially irish ones. I am also working with guittern, mandolin and piano on various projects. Additionally, for the last six years I've done a fair share of non-profit folk music presenting, featuring many of the so-called "famous ones" of our ilk. I find discussions on this topic to be fascinating.
I live in the US, am 46 years old with three children at home, work for a landscaping company, and teach guitar. I'm currently putting together a home studio, using a Roland VS2480 digital workstation.
