My name is Stefan Kayat and I live in the Stockholm area of Sweden, where I was born and raised. Being into traditional Scandinavian as well as Irish/Celtic and medieval music, I play a plethora of instruments; among others Uilleann Pipes (my first love) Breton Veuze bagpipe, assorted whistles, mandola, mandolin, tenor banjo, Appalachian dulcimer - at present I am learning the hurdy-gurdy as well. Also I do a bit of singing. I just can't get enough!
