My name is Michele, I live in Oregon (the dry part), and play the fiddle. I play mostly Irish and Scottish tunes, and I dabble in Old Time because I like the trance-like diddley-diddley bits that go on and on. I appreciate a good dance, because it helps me to understand how to play the music so that it sounds like something.
