My name is clunk. I am a bodhran player.
Its been about 4 years since my last bodhran. Tough at first, but easier now.
I can look at the bodhran hanging on the wall and not feel like i have to pick it up. In fact the thought of falling back in to that world of incessant up and down pippypopthumpthump just makes me feel sad for the wasted years when I knew no better.
I live in the land of tune now, married to a lovely old french fiddle.
She found me when i was lost and alone with nothing to my name but a bit of old goat.
I thank the higher power of Tune for his guidance almost every day.
