Live close to Cambridge - England. I used to play guitar - I have played for more years than I like to admit - although sometimes it doesn't sound that way. Christmas 2002 I treated myself to a mandolin ( a Thomas Buchanan - great sound and action) - I am truly addicted to it! My beautiful guitars are now sitting silently in all corners of the house - while the mandolin is my constant companion. I am working my way through some basic tunes and I am still plucking up enough courage to venture out and join a live session. There is still a long way to go - don't know if I will ever get there - but I am certainly enjoying the path.
