I am the Music and Academic Services Librarian at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, and as such have responsibility for the library and information needs of all music staff and students. One of our courses is a BA in Scottish Musical Studies, and obviously the links with Irish music are quite important to us.

I have research interests in 19th Scottish flute music and in the social context of music-making in 19th century Scotland.
