From Dublin, Ireland.

I'm a newbie to ITM since 2006. I'd been playing guitar for several years, and found out there was a DAGDAD guitar teacher in my local CCE branch. Thought I'd try it, and then got sucked into the music! :)

I'm still only playing guitar (backing using DAGDAD), but I started teaching myself how to play melody, as well, on the guitar in 2007 (not much use in a session, cos it's too quiet :(, but helps me get the tunes in my head & is fun).

Some day I may have time to learn an official "melody" instrument (I have a cheap mandolin taunting me in the corner of a room, by being mostly unplayed, but probably prefer the sound of the fiddle, though it seems like a hard instrument), but for the time being I'm still loving the guitar, and have loads to learn! :)

Here's a few (very messy!) tracks I recorded on Soundlantern, but be warned they have LOADS of mistakes! :( And they're definitely not "session speed"! :(
