I love traditional music from around the world, but especially Irish and Scottish. I know songs in Hungarian, Finnish, Gaelic, Mongolian, etc. I have just moved to Liverpool, UK, and I am lucky to be living near the pub that has the best weekly session in the whole city! Sadly none of the instruments I play or am learning to play could fit in there (didge, jew's harp, morin-huur, djembe, moxeno). For sessions I would love to learn to play the uillean pipes one day. Am always up for a multi-ethnic jam if anyone fancies sharing weird instruments!
Oh, and I want to add a tune here because it's not in the database, but first I need to figure out how to find the notes (it's called Finegal's Cave and it's on a CD by Dangerous Dick and the Duckbusters).
