I'm a Cajun in south Louisiana who grew up playing French Boehm all through various school band programs and on into college. I stopped playing seriously for about the last eighteen years (absolutely hectic business time in my life). I discovered and fell in love with Irish (and Scottish) music, started trying to learn a bit with tin whistles on my own, and have finally gotten an Irish flute...a poly M & E keyless with a split embouchure from Michael Cronnolloy. Now to find some live folks who play 'em in Bayou Country!!!
