Kittybriton

Oh, hello! Well, I grew up in a musical family, so I was determined not to be musical. With that in mind, I learned the recorder.
It didn't work. (The recorder did, my plan didn't). I ended up getting interested in Early Music (Thanks to David Munrow and the original London Consort) and perhaps thanks also to my Gran who had an MA in History, so until somebody offers me gainful employment I shall continue to write my blog about music and its historical context at:
http://kittybriton.multiply.com/journal
See you there?

p.s. since it seems I misjudged the willingness to accept music which is not strictly Irish traditional (I have been helped by TheSession several times in searching for music which I would not describe as Irish traditional) I will not be posting anything further unless I am certain it qualifies.
