Noeleen and Alex are one half of Murphy's Lore, a Bournemouth based Ceilidh/BarnDance Band . Gill the fiddle a member is our fiddle player and we use a few different box players and callers. Alex also deps with Black Sheep on Bass occasionally when required.

We also perform songs (tradtional and some more contemporary) as well as tunes, which makes us unusual in the area. Unfortunately this means we are not welcome at most sessions in case we start singing and that is punishable by being beaten with tippers and poked in horrible places by fiddle bows.
