dmac

I'm a Canadian of Scottish (and Welsh) descent living in the USA.

I started playing mandolin after I got a nice one at Mandolin Brothers - I haven't learnt too many chords, which frustrates my old timey and bluegrass friends, because I'm concentrating on learning Celtic tunes.

I like to listen to almost anything, and I'm particularly enjoying Angus Lyon and Ruaridh Campbell (especially 18 Months Later!), Gordon Duncan, Jerry Holland, and Brenda Stubbert.
