I live on the fabulous border of Leitrim, Donegal and Fermanagh!But i say im from Donegal as I do most things there!
but anyway As you've probably guessed I play the fiddle(classical aswell) among a few. I also play the flute(also irish and classical), Harp, bodhran, whistle and Piano and well i like to have a lash at everything!
Im into Trad and LOVE minor tunes so if you've got any send them on over here!I like the compositions of the likes of Paddy Fahy, Paddy O'Brian, Ed Reavy, Liz Kane, Zoe Conway and Brian Finnegan to name a few!I like their playing aswell....other bands i like are Altan, Lunasa, Flook, Music at the Crossroads, Beoga, eileen ivers, liz carroll, mike mcgoldrick, mick mcgoldrick, vincint griffen, danu, and many more but i cant remember much else now!!well i dont think i can write much else so Bye for now!!!
PS Leitrim Fleadh 26th April 08'-any tune suggestions for the fiddle, flute and harp (15-18) would be greatly appriciated!! Thanx!
