They call me Barbara in UK, Barbora, Baruska, Barca, Bara in my homeland... I come from Olomouc, a beautiful city in Moravia in Czech Republic. I'm a vet student. I've played the flute since I was 13. Two years ago, I started playing in an irish band in Brno - not so lovely city in Moravia - and a year ago I bought my first irish instrument - a low D whistle. I love Scotland with its mountains and ceilidhs and I do irish dancing as well - just for fun though, no competitions for me :-) I will hopefully graduate in 2 years and will be gratefull for any offers of veterinary jobs in Scotland :o))
In my tunebook, I have tunes that I've already learned, tunes that I can play, but not at a session speed and (mostly) tunes that I like and want to learn soon, because it's easier to get the sheetmusic...
