Tony Friel is my name - originally from Belfast and now living in Hervey Bay Queensland Australia. A beautiful spot. I play in an Irish band -- "SLAINTE". Six people - Harp, Mandolin and Mandola, Bodhran, Fiddle, Rhythm and Bass guitars, 3 row button keyed and one or two other small instruments. About 60% traditional hence the ABC's. We use them as a great resource all the time. The rest -- mostly Irish ballads, with a few this and that thrown in for the faithful.
