just turned 56, started playing the wooden flute last summer, have played fiddle and mandolin since 1968, picked up guitar about ten years ago, tenor banjo more recently as i started playing itm. love the tunes, love a simple setting. live in spokane, wa. played in bars for thirty some years, try to avoid it now. like to play small sessions and the occassional contra.
