New to fiddling, I am a classically trained violist and conductor. I am the founding music director/conductor of the Imperial Valley Symphony (now in our 33rd season together). I just retired as professor emeritus from Imperial Valley College (Imperial, CA, USA) where I was the head of the music department for the past 17 years. I love to listen to Celtic fiddle, but do not have much experience playing it. I am currently looking for a fiddle teacher in the San Diego area.
