Im 25 and had my first violin lesson at the weekend! Hoping to learn jigs and reels love the Irish sound.

Have now had 2 lessons - am learning the Kesh finding it quite tricky! now have the Planxity Irwin down!

Met Seth Lakeman (sort of famous fiddler from Devon where I live) the other day who described learning the violin as 'a hard one' I agree!
