I first got into Irish trad music when I was about 3 listening to old De Danann and Bothy Band records and my dad's concertina playing. Eventually I started fiddling since I had too many tunes just bouncing around in my head and I needed to get a few out. Now I'm still primarily a fiddler, but I play bodhran as well and a bit of bouzouki. I also play quite a lot of guitar, but generally I play bluegrass tunes on it. In the summers I play for contra dances.
Tunes in jabbott's tunebook: 138
