Hi there, im Dominic Henderson A.K.A 'Scrappy the Godo' - long story! but ill tell you anyway. I had an argument in a session with this eegit who said 'you cant play a jig after a slip jig'. SO my mates dad decides to call me 'scrappy'. And Codo is spanish for elbow which is english for Uilleann - but i say 'Godo' cuz it sounds like 'God' :)
By now i guess you would have figured out i play the Uilleann pipes, they are my first instrument alongside the Low Whistle. I've picked up other instruments for my own pleasure over the years such as guitar, mandolin/bouzouki, badhrán.
I'm a Donegal man, although London bred. I like a mad session or two, and I also like breaking the boundries and rules of "what you can and can't do in ITM".
