My name is Laya and am from Cork origionally. I now live in Canada, British Columbia with my family and enjoying the MUCH different culture here. I grew up playing the celtic fiddle and am enjoying learning the "old time" style of fiddling here in B.C. I have only been playing for 5 years and still am learning everyday!
I am new to this forum and am really enjoying the cultural differences and the strong interest in the Celtic Fiddle. It's a wonderful style and am pleased to see so many flourishing with it!
I do hope to get to know you folk more, and learn much more from each and every one of you.
