I live in Saulnierville, Nova Scotia but work at Kejimkujik National Park in the summers. Saulnierville is an Acadian village but there are several Irish logs in the woodpile. My musical interests are definitely traditional, with Irish being at the forefront. I have been learning the fiddle off and on for several years but it is only recently that I have began to see the fruits of my labours. Lots of music gets played in my area but most of it is Acadianized bluegrass. I have been checking the sessions for new music to learn since the end of 2004.
