I played violin classically for many years during school, haven't touched it for a long time now. Played Bassoon also classically. I'm starting my fifth year playing with the Cambridge University Ceilidh Band , playing what's known as a wind synthesizer (I've also heard it called a MIDI sax, a magic flute, and 'strange electronic thingy').
