Live in the northeast corner of the U.S. --- Vermont.

*********************************

Play ITM on keyless blackwood flute since ~1999. Switched from tinwhistle when I heard Siobhan Kelly play. Siobhan has the *most amazing* wooden flute tone I've ever heard. My favorite player is Catherine McEvoy; greatest influences are Catherine McEvoy & Paddy Carty.

*********************************

I've written about some of my ITM experiences from living in Japan for three years. I hope you enjoy reading:

*********************************

My 4 year old son, Nathan, falls asleep to my playing every night. In fact, he won't even go to sleep unless I sit down next to his bed and play music for him. When we lived in Japan, he softly muttered, "音楽" as he fell asleep. :-)

*********************************

thesession.org's benevolent ceolachan composed this tune for my son when he was born:
