lees

Hi: I am a compulsively addicted fiddler who plans almost everything around the tunes I am working on. Have played off and on for the last 20 years, with a big drop in playing when my kids hit puberty and I had to deal with rowdy teenagers.
I am now a beginning accordion player as well. I've been lucky to live in the Seattle area and have seen the ITM craze really grown around here.
Favorite players: tops is James Kelly...(but then how about Kevin Burke?) Have been most influenced by the recordings of Johnny McGreevy. ....I mainly listen for special tunes, and have to force myself to learn tunes that others regularly play, just to be social.
My current favorite group is the young group Teada. If anyone gets a chance to hear them do not miss it.
