I am Johannes Schiefner, uilleann piper from Germany. Playing since 1980. Played with LIMERICK JUNCTION in the early nineties, with FRIEL's KITCHEN in the late 90s. My current bands/projects are WHISHT!, CHEVRON FLIGHT and SKALD. Founder member of the German Uilleann Piping Society DUPG, board member of Na Piobairi Uilleann, Dublin from 2008-2009.
