Franco Cesarelli (Solo Musicians)
I can often be seen busking in the West Midlands for cancer charities. I don't know how traditionalists would view my use of computer generated accompaniment but many appear to appreciate my efforts, and I still enjoy playing at real sessions. I am available as a solo performer in the UK West Midlands within a
40 Mile radius of Birmingham.
Making use of self prepared accompaniment tracks I can provide
live music for your event at an affordable price.
If required I can play with a caller providing a complete barn dance.
I have many years experience as a barn dance/ceilidh fiddler.
My programme largely consists of lively Celtic/American dance music.
I also play quieter items including waltzes, airs, film music
and some light classical pieces.
My repertoire is suitable for background, listening and dancing.
To check my availability and to discuss your requirements
please Email funkydelard@hotmail.com or 'phone 01384396706
Alternately you may contact me by signing my guest book.

A range of four different tunings is covered, along with suggestions on right hand styles suited to each tuning.
There are sections on the basis of effective accompaniment, practice advice, profiles of leading players and, in addition, Frank takes a close look at the accompaniment used on the companion CD recording, which is recorded especially for this book and features guitar accompaniment to some excellent melody players. The recording has 40 tracks in all. The tunes are played by some of the finest musicians playing Irish music today and include fiddlers Mick Conneely, Teresa Heanue, Eilish O'Connor and Karen Ryan, and Alan Kelly on piano accordion.

Gruven Music (Musical Instruments)
Sam Grubb's Gruven Music website -- home of the most practical, safe, and functional musical instrument stands on today's market, made in the U.S., in Elk City, Oklahoma. More guitar show exhibitors use Gruven stands than all other stands combined. I own two of Sam's fiddle stands and love them -- I even give them as presents to other fiddlers. Much safer than just leaving your fiddle on your chair or on the table.
If you've a special request for a stand, let Sam know -- I asked for my stands to be sized for leaving my shoulder rest on the fiddle (I think Sam's made that a regular feature of the fiddle stands now).
