Franco Cesarelli (Solo Musicians)
I can often be seen busking in the West Midlands for cancer charities. I don't know how traditionalists would view my use of computer generated accompaniment but many appear to appreciate my efforts, and I still enjoy playing at real sessions. I am available as a solo performer in the UK West Midlands within a 40 Mile radius of Birmingham. Making use of self prepared accompaniment tracks I can provide live music for your event at an affordable price. If required I can play with a caller providing a complete barn dance. I have many years experience as a barn dance/ceilidh fiddler. My programme largely consists of lively Celtic/American dance music. I also play quieter items including waltzes, airs, film music and some light classical pieces. My repertoire is suitable for background, listening and dancing. An Irish music society based in Poitiers, France, which organizes sessions, slow sessions, singing sessions, ceili, and concerts mostly in the Poitou Charentes region with the band An Currach Dubh and the other musicians in the association.

Amazing multi-talented American fiddler and fingerstyle guitarist Randal Bays, recently moved back to the pacific northwest from the east coast. He also runs the annual Friday Harbor Irish Music Camp every March. He's been a wonderful mentor to me a great teacher of the Irish musical tradition.

Some of you interested in photography might also be interested in Dan's photos of Ireland, the northwest and other locations of musical inspiration. You can find these on the "PhotoGraphy" link. ALL photos (including the digital downloads) are royalty free, and you're welcome to use any of them for CD projects, books, brochures, web-sites, powerpoint presentations, etc. All photos come with background descriptions and stories that Dan can email you separately when you buy a photo. BTW: Dan (and his musical partner Michael Connolly) are also working on a full-length CD of traditional Irish, American, French-Canadian and original tunes -- due out in May.
