Hard on the heels of Mozaik's hugely enjoyable gig, Irish Music on Tour has
seized the opportunity to present three renowned performers of traditional
Irish music. Coming direct from the Return to Camden Festival are:
PAUL BROCK (melodeon) ENDA SCAHILL (banjo) and RYAN MOLLOY (piano)
Individually, each of these musicians has won the All Ireland Music
Championship; together, they will be performing at
Conran's Irish Bar
Salt Lane
Salisbury SP1 1DU
Sunday October 28th at 8 pm -Tickets £10
Paul has been wowing traditional music fans for several decades, while
Enda's playing has won increasing plaudits over the last ten years. Both
have played regularly with the illustrious Frankie Gavin and their
musicianship has been praised by Paddy Moloney of The Chieftains. All three
artists can be heard on their CD 'Humdinger '; reviewing the CD, G. Quinn of
The Clare People said:
'Superb musical joviality and virtuosity. This recording dazzles, delights
and impresses. A fresh and impressive approach with craft and talent
reigning supreme.'
And when it comes to this particular genre of Irish traditional music, the
people of Co Clare know what they're talking about!
